About South Jersey Commercial Real Estate Today

Chris Hogan started South Jersey Commercial Real Estate Today to explore the concept of value in commercial real estate, how it can mean different things to different people at different times and how to maximize it. The goal is to start a conversation about value that goes beyond formulas and numbers and touches on the following areas:

  • How the definition of value can vary depending on the segment of the industry and stakeholder involved.
  • The issues, legal and otherwise, that have an impact on the value of commercial real estate.
  • The people that are talking about value in commercial real estate, whether they know it or not.
  • The “best practices” that are being developed and used by small businesses throughout the industry to maximize the value of commercial real estate, e.g., by increasing revenues, decreasing expenses and managing risks.

Thank you for visiting the Blog. We encourage you to join the conversation.
